As FOCUS MACHINERY has overseas service centers, we can dispatch technicians to clients’ construction sites for machine commissioning and repairing during this sensitive period of time.
Our client in Cambodia purchased one set of HZS25 concrete batching plant previously and required urgent after-sales service from us. Last month they needed us to visit their jobsite in Northern Province of their country.
As this client’s demand, we dispatched our technician in Phnom Penh to the said jobsite and started the 10 days of debugging.
Our technician followed our company’s after-sales service rules, assembled the batching plant and trained the operator.
A few days after our technician returned Phnom Penh, there’s a minor issue happened to this plant, but the on-site operator is not familiar with the running program and he couldn’t fix it, our technician revisited the site and fixed the problem.
